The heads of Human Resources of Enagás, Lidl, Meliá Hotels International, Novartis and Suez informed attendees about the method of training and internal promotion in each of these companies and about the specific programmes of the Human Resources development centres aimed at young people.

The capacity to learn new functions, regardless of each person’s training, a willingness to work in a team and to contribute to the organisation as a whole, a willingness to move, a proactive attitude, commitment and an open mentality are some of the values emphasised by the Human Resources experts as key elements for finding work.
